To take 'open orders', 'open checks' option must be enabled in the AgentCASH application settings.
To enable open checks:
- Sign in to the AgentCASH application.
- Tap on the 'three lines' icon and select 'Settings'.
- In the settings, select 'Open checks'.
- Move the 'Save and reopen checks' slider to the right to activate this option.
Once the open checks are enabled, you can take open orders.
