Managing outlet printers

Several printers can be added to an outlet (e.g. Bar, Kitchen, Restaurant).

To manage outlet printers:

  1. Sign in to your AgentCASH administrator user account on the web.
  2. Go to Settings->Outlets.
  3. Select an outlet from the list and click EDIT or add a new outlet.
  4. Scroll down to PRINTERS section: Screen_Shot_2018-06-19_at_16.33.00.png
    • Click NEW PRINTER to assign a new printer to the outlet.
    • Select printer from the list and click EDIT to edit printer settings or DELETE to remove a printer from that outlet.
  5. Edit outlet printer settings.
  6. Click SAVE.

After a printer has been assigned to the outlet, add it in the app.

Note: If the same LAN printer is used by two tablets, set up the printer settings locally for every device by switching the printer options (off/on). Once the switches are turned on/off as desired, the device will remember these settings for the next time you sign in to the app.
